Instructor: Cathy Trischan This course examines Commercial General Liability coverage issues that should be considered when writing coverage for contractors. We will discuss the CGL Policy’s Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability insuring agreement along with ways that insurers limit the scope of coverage. We will review CGL exclusions important to contractors including Contractual, Pollution, Damage to Property and Damage to Work. Lastly, we will discuss additional insured endorsements and tips regarding certificates of insurance. Approved for 3 GEN Hrs.
